For Children 15 and Under

Registration Requirements

1. PROOF OF RESIDENCY:
You MUST be a Clinton Township Resident and Provide Photo ID with Current Address or a Current Utility Bill.

2. PROOF OF INCOME:
You MUST Provide a Current Pay Stub OR Bridge Card (or proof that you are receiving aid - Free Lunch Program, Food Stamps, etc)

3. PROOF OF FAMILY SIZE:
You MUST have Birth Certificate(s) for your children OR You MUST have Guardianship Papers if you are not the parent.

ALL OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTATION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO REGISTER.

We politely ask that you do not apply for assistance any any other agencies. Duplicate registrations can result in your name being removed from all lists.
